1. About AskSir

AskSir is India’s first one-to-one tutoring platform that connects students directly with independently verified educators from reputed educational backgrounds such as xALLEN, xAakash, xPW, and xUnacademy.

All tutors on AskSir operate independently and are not employees, partners, or representatives of the aforementioned institutions. The use of names like xALLEN, xAakash, xPW, and xUnacademy is solely to indicate the educational or professional experience of our tutors.

2. Service Overview

• AskSir provides academic guidance, doubt-solving, and conceptual tutoring services via WhatsApp.

• Students can send questions, images, or queries to +91 96966 27965.

• Our system routes the query to a verified expert, and a solution or explanation is delivered, usually within 15–30 minutes.

• Services are delivered digitally through WhatsApp — no separate app installation is required.

• All tutors remain anonymous for privacy and compliance reasons.

3. User Eligibility

To use AskSir:

• You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental/guardian consent).

• You must provide accurate and genuine information when communicating.

• You agree not to use AskSir for cheating, exam malpractice, or academic dishonesty.

AskSir reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access if misuse or policy violation is detected.

4. WhatsApp Communication Policy

AskSir operates entirely via WhatsApp.
By sending a message to our official WhatsApp number, you consent to:

• Receiving messages, files, and updates related to your query.

• Being contacted by our support team for verification or feedback.

We do not use your WhatsApp contact for marketing unless you provide explicit consent.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable once a tutor begins processing your query.

• Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Non-delivery of service.

  • Proven error or duplicate charge.

• Any refund claim must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.

Payments made through Razorpay, UPI, or any other payment method are processed through secure, third-party gateways. AskSir does not store your payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

All handwritten solutions, explanations, and study materials shared through AskSir are the intellectual property of AskSir and its educators.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them only for personal learning purposes.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

AskSir and its educators:

• Do not guarantee academic results, marks, or admissions.

• Are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect questions or incomplete context shared by the student.

• Are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including academic, financial, or emotional damages.

All educational content is provided “as-is” for informational and guidance purposes only.

8. Brand Disclaimer

AskSir has no official partnership or affiliation with ALLEN Career Institute, Aakash Institute, Physics Wallah (PW), or Unacademy.
References to “xALLEN”, “xAakash”, “xPW”, and “xUnacademy” are for background verification and descriptive purposes only.
AskSir fully respects the intellectual property rights and employment policies of these organizations.

9. Confidentiality & Data Security

• All user data and queries are handled with strict confidentiality.

• Tutors are bound by non-disclosure agreements.

• We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

• All communication takes place securely through WhatsApp’s end-to-end encrypted platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

AskSir reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
