Students receive responses, handwritten solutions, or call invites directly on their registered WhatsApp number from AskSir’s verified backend system.

2. Delivery Time

• Most doubt solutions are delivered within 15–30 minutes of submission.
• Complex academic questions or full-length topic explanations may take longer, depending on subject and tutor availability.

3. Non-Delivery Situations

• Incorrect or inactive WhatsApp number provided by the student.
• Network disruptions or WhatsApp server downtime.
• Violation of AskSir’s Terms of Service or inappropriate query content.

In such cases, our support team will attempt to contact you for clarification or resubmission.

4. Confirmation

Once your solution is delivered via WhatsApp, AskSir considers the service successfully completed. You may request verification or clarification through our support team if needed.
