Refund and Cancellation Policy

Learn how AskSir manages refund requests, cancellations, and service disputes to ensure a fair and transparent student experience.

At AskSir, we strive to ensure that every student receives accurate, timely, and high-quality academic support. However, since our services involve real-time digital tutoring and personalized educational guidance, certain limitations apply regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Service Nature

All AskSir services, including doubt solutions, one-to-one tutoring, and concept sessions, are delivered digitally via WhatsApp. Once a tutor has been assigned or a solution delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only if:
    • A student’s query was not addressed within the stated time limit (typically 15–30 minutes).
    • The solution provided was incorrect and verified as such by AskSir’s internal review team.
    • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once a tutor has responded or started work on your query.
  • When dissatisfaction arises from subjective expectations after a solution is provided.
  • For delay caused due to connectivity, technical, or WhatsApp-related issues.

4. Refund Procedure

Eligible refund requests can be raised within 48 hours of service delivery by emailing support@asksir.in or messaging us on our official WhatsApp number (+91 96966 27965). Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

As AskSir operates on instant doubt resolution and real-time tutor matching, cancellations are not possible once your query is submitted and processing begins.

Note: All refund or cancellation decisions are made solely at the discretion of AskSir’s support and verification team.
